Welcome to Anthrax Key Shop ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Overview

Anthrax Key Shop provides digital license keys for third-party software on a customizable basis (expiry date, device limits). All keys are delivered electronically via email and/or Discord DM upon successful payment.

2. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our Service.
  • You may sign in using Discord or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase or contacting support.

3. Purchases & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (â‚ą) and may change without prior notice.
  • Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card or UPI details.
  • By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that sufficient funds are available.
  • A valid order is created only after our server receives confirmation from Razorpay. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Key Delivery & Activation

  • Keys are generated automatically after payment confirmation and delivered to the email address associated with your account, as well as via Discord DM (if you logged in via Discord or provided a username).
  • Keys are bound to the parameters selected during purchase: expiry date and maximum number of devices. It is your responsibility to ensure these selections meet your needs.
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or Discord privacy settings. Please check your spam folder and Discord message requests before contacting support.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
  • Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases such as: duplicate payment, non‑functional key that our team cannot resolve, or key not delivered due to our system error.
  • Refunds are typically not provided for: change of mind after activation, incorrect selection of duration or device limit, or failure to meet system requirements of the third-party software.
  • To request a refund, contact our support team with your Order ID and reason. We will respond within 24‑48 hours.

6. Key Usage & Restrictions

  • Each license key is intended for personal, non‑commercial use unless otherwise specified. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the key.
  • You may use the key only on the number of devices you selected at purchase. Exceeding this limit may cause the key to be blocked.
  • We reserve the right to revoke a key if we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Anthrax Key Shop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • The software for which we sell keys is the property of its respective owners. We do not claim any ownership over third‑party software, nor do we provide software downloads or support for the software itself.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to circumvent any security features, reverse‑engineer our key generation system, or interfere with the proper operation of the Service.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our support staff.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, coupons, or referral programs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anthrax Key Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service or inability to access it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anthrax Key Shop and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but any obligations already incurred remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Governing Law
